At first it was great but now I need my sales taxes payed so I can get my plates and to say I got my car in 9/5 and they closed down 2 r 3 week after I got my car and now they do not want to pay the sales tax on my car and I live 8n wv so if they have any other shop do not go to them at all
I was told that they will send me the papers first class to sign. So I can help my nephew get a car. I sent everything I needed they had him test drive only for them to tell him I have to be there now to sign. They went against our agreement. Now my nephew is out of a car and have to continue walking to work and walking his girls to school who is five and two. A struggling dad.
ONE WEEK LATER AND MY ENGINE BLEW ON THE HIGHWAY AND I ALMOST LOST MY LIFE AND NO REFUND,NO REMORSE THESE PEOPLE JUST HAVE NO SOUL TO DO WHAT THEY JUST DID TO ME AND I WILL BE SUEING VIVE THIS CAN NOT BE OHKAY TO DO TO PEOPLE
Sam helped me out so and my girls out so much got us in a nice suv everyone at vive was so nice and respectful definitely recommend especially if your a first time buyer
David has supplied my family with a new dodge ram that will allow us to haul our chickens š and dirt bikes šļø along with our ATV š he has been the most humble open and transparent sales rep Ive encountered. 100% recommend Vive Auto Sales and David as your salesman ā¦
Sam has done a very great job with helping me get into a vehical and made things happen very respectful and helpful but now my car engine light came on 2 weeks into having car gt scanned cam shaft actuator was bad then got ignored till I called and spoke with karl went to get fixed they said they fixed it but 8 miles down the road engine light came back on and is still knocking now tags expired car bout to blow and I can't get tags it's saying the car isn't registered to me or mother's name and can't get tags memorandum title hasn't even came I'm not very pleased at this time
